- Tickets are fully refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that, tickets can be transferred to another attendee but are non-refundable.
- Is there a code of conduct?
- Yes -- all attendees, speakers, and sponsors are expected to follow our code of conduct, available on the Code of Conduct page.
- Will there be Wi-Fi at the venue?
- Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue for all attendees.
- How do I get to the venue?
- The conference is at Wilhelm Hallen in Berlin-Reinickendorf. Full directions and public transport details will be on the Travel page ahead of the event.
- Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
- Yes -- vegetarian, vegan, and common allergen-free options are available at all catered meals. Let us know any specific requirements when you register.
- Will sessions be recorded?
- Most talks will be recorded and shared with attendees after the event. Workshops are not recorded.
